Rise is a dynamic community for women in technology—and women interested in exploring the field—who are passionate about building meaningful connections, developing their potential, and empowering one another.

Our mission is to support and inspire women at every stage of their journey, whether they are building careers in tech or discovering opportunities within it, while championing greater gender diversity in leadership.

We focus on soft skill development through regular events and workshops covering themes such as personal growth, public speaking, work-life balance, and building influence.

In 2025, we launched our Mentorship & Leadership Programme, designed to accelerate personal and professional growth, nurture women leaders, and cultivate advocates for change. Our ultimate goal is to increase the representation of women in leadership and decision-making roles across industries and policymaking spaces.
