Rise Mentorship Program 2025 – 1 Nov 2025 to 31 May 2026

 

Program Mission: Empower women through mentorship to achieve leadership development and career growth. This 6-month Rise mentorship program pairs junior or mid-career women (mentees) with experienced women leaders (mentors) who volunteer from senior positions. The aim is to provide guidance, inspiration, and a supportive network for women to thrive in their careers. By fostering a culture of mentorship, sponsorship, and allyship, the program seeks to build confidence, skills, and support networks for women to “fearlessly embrace new challenges and advance their careers”. In doing so, we hope to nurture resilience, celebrate achievements, and create a community where women excel and lead with confidence.
